At a campaign rally in New Hampshire Friday night, Donald Trump blamed former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley for failing to provide adequate security during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack at the U.S. Capitol Building. Haley, of course, was not in government at all at the time. Trump Wins Iowa With 7.8% Of Registered GOP Iowans
Less than an hour after the Iowa Republican caucuses began, the Associated Press declared Donald Trump would be the winner. As some polls had predicted, Trump won by nearly 30 points with (at this writing) 56,260 votes. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came in a distant second with 23,420 votes, and former South Carolina Gov.
