Trying to keep assets. He’ll give everything into her name, and when he’s sued they won’t be able to recapture it when the civil lawsuit is decided. Freeze all assets until the civil suit is over.

This is very possible. I doubt we'd see this statement or the announcement if he wasn't locked up right now. The first time she can move freely about the cabin. Bless her and any children they have if this is the case.
