One of my absolute favorite live Christmas performances.
My hubby Michael booked Olivia Newton-John on Good Morning America (he’s her publicist) back in 2007 when she released her Christmas Wish holiday album.
Her vocal here is pretty flawless, made even more so by the fact that it’s 8:17am.
Check that last note 🙂
Merry merry, everyone!
This week on The Randy Report radio show:

Collins continues a full touring schedule, performing over 100 live concerts a year. Plus, this past September saw her release a new studio album of duets – Strangers Again – with superstars like Michael McDonald, Willie Nelson, Jackson Browne, Jimmy Buffett and Don McLean.
Along with songs from the album, Judy shares her favorite holiday traditions. Tune in to hear this warm and wonderful legend settle down for a holiday chat.
Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox are ringing in the holidays with an Andrews Sisters-style cover of “Last Christmas,” the 1984 pop hit from English duo Wham! The video features vocalists Sara Niemietz, Cristina Gatti, Ariana Savalas and tap dancer Melinda Sullivan.
Fans can pick up Postmodern Jukebox’s 2014 holiday album, A Very Postmodern Christmas at iTunes (note: the album does not include “Last Christmas”).

"Jingle Bells" (S&S) – Lip-Sync VideoWhat a rush.Posted by Sean Hayes on Tuesday, December 22, 2015
Okay, so hunky out singer/songwriter Steve Grand understands a little bit what we folk think would be a fun Christmas Eve.
Sixteen thousand views in an hour.
He gets us. He really gets us.
Check this romantical video version of “All I Want For Christmas Is You” – and how about his hunky, beary merry Christmas bf?
The gorgeous guy with the beard/Associate Producer/Creative Assistance: Trevor LaPaglia – Instagram: OhhhTrev
From Steve:
Last Thursday, I decided it was time I do something holiday oriented for you guys. Two days later, this song was recorded and the video was shot, all thanks to the very talented group of people I pulled together (John, Trevor, and song producer Nicholas)
I really owe a special ‘Thank You’ to both John Lavin (director) and Trevor LaPaglia (the ‘boyfriend’) for both going well above and beyond the call of duty. We shot this in a day with almost no planning on a single day’s notice. I didn’t know when I asked him to do it, but Trevor is a talented director himself, so in addition to doing a beautiful job in front of the camera, he was there as an extra eye on the technical and creative end behind the camera. They both deserve way more than I could afford to pay them (understatement of the year), so they are truly stand-up guys for doing this, in addition to being incredibly creative and skilled.
Full of warmth and wow – just like you’d expect from Dame Bassey.
Available now on iTunes.
Merry merry, folks!
Music icon Cyndi Lauper adds to her vast history of memorable holiday classics with her new cover of “Hard Candy Christmas.”
This is officially my favorite thing today.
Famously recorded by Dolly Parton and written by Carol Hall, the song originated in the play and film The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas.
Says Lauper about the recording: “It’s very hopeful,” Lauper says of her choice. “As you look around New York City, there’s a lot of people really not doing that well. I just thought that it was one of those songs that can give you strength. Somehow even if you freakin’ put up a candy cane and one little Christmas light, it can make you feel better. It’s such a wonderful song.”
The track will be available at all digital download and streaming outlets this Friday, December 11.
I posted the hot remix of Kylie Minogue’s new holiday song, “Every Day’s Like Christmas,” a few days ago. But today we get the official music video for the song.
It’s a sweet video, especially since it includes current real-life bearded bf Joshua Sasse, who could not look hotter. Woof.
You can find Kylie Christmas on iTunes here.
Merry merry!
