Hillary Clinton’s Final Appeal: “Tomorrow”

Hillary Clinton makes her final appeal of the presidential campaign with a call to action for all Americans – “Tomorrow.” No flash, no fancy editing. Just a personal, positive appeal from her to us.

Hillary reminds us that this isn’t about her name on the ballot, it’s about what kind of country we want for the nation’s children and children to come.

Saying she would be a president for all, she calls for hope and inclusion: “I believe in our people. I love this country. And, I’m convinced our best days are still ahead of us if we reach for them together.”

“So tonight, I’m asking for your vote. And tomorrow, let’s make history together.”

According to campaign officials, the two-minute ad (her first) will run nationally during the two network television shows with the largest Monday audience, The Voice on NBC, and Kevin Can Wait on CBS.

Emerson College Poll Projection: Hillary Clinton Will Win In Electoral College Landslide 323-215

Emerson College Polling predicts that Hillary Clinton will win the White House in a landslide victory.

Using polling results from it’s own recent surveys plus polling averages from RealClearPolitics for state where they did not poll, the pollsters project that Hillary will win 323 votes in the Electoral College, leaving Donald Trump only 215 votes.

This matches just about where most pundits were predicting before the “Comey Intrusion” ten days ago.

Additionally, the prediction says Democrats will prevail in at least four Senate races which would be enough for the Dems to regain control of the Senate, with Vice-President Kaine to vote as tie-breaker.

Emerson College shows the Democrat will win the Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri and Pennsylvania Senate races, as well as retain retiring Sen. Harry Reid’s seat in Nevada.

CBS News Poll: Hillary Clinton Leads Donald Trump 45% – 41%

CBS News releases it’s last poll of the presidential cycle today, and it shows Democrat Hillary Clinton leading Republican Donald Trump by 4 points, 45% – 41% respectively.

From CBS News:

Trump leads among white men, whites without a college degree, and seniors. Clinton leads among women, African-Americans and younger voters, and she has an edge among whites with a college degree.

Clinton voters are more likely to strongly favor their candidate than Trump voters, while Trump voters are slightly more likely than Clinton voters to cast their vote because they dislike the other candidates.

Hillary Clinton has now closed the enthusiasm gap – her voters are now slightly more likely to say they are very enthusiastic about voting than Donald Trump’s voters. This is a shift from last week, when Trump voters had the edge on enthusiasm.

According to the survey, few voters say they could change their minds at this point.

As the election cycle nears the very end of a long, long journey, check out my radio show this week with political activist Aaron Baldwin.

Way smart, he has thousands of folks who follow him on Facebook for his up to the minute posts. And, a character trait near and dear to my heart, he speaks his very-educated mind.

Show description:

Well-known LGBTQ political activist Aaron Baldwin shares his thoughts on the final days of Election 2016:

• Will the latest news from the FBI regarding Hillary Clinton’s emails change the race? The Comey comments gave her an $11.5 million windfall in it’s aftermath.

• Donald Trump’s legal scandals continue to add up as a “private server” has been found that shows a connection between Trump and a Russian bank, Trump’s connections to Russian energy resources, plus the Trump University lawsuit goes to court soon.

• Predictions! Who will win? And by how much?
