• Reuters: A Trump appointed federal judge in Memphis, Tennessee, temporarily blocked a law restricting drag performances in public just hours before going into effect, saying it was likely “vague and overly-broad” in its restriction of speech.

• The Advocate: The Florida House voted Friday to expand the state’s hateful Don’t Say Gay law, a prohibition on teaching about sexual orientation and gender identity, up through the 8th grade.
• CBS: This week’s episode of Survivor made some LGBTQ history with the Tika tribe (Yam Yam, Josh, Carolyn) becoming the first all-queer tribe in the competition’s 44 seasons. Josh and Yam Yam had a touching scene about coming out as gay, and Carolyn identifies a pansexual.
