If you’re a reality TV fan, BBC Three’s new gay dating show, I Kissed A Boy, just might be the thing for you.
In the official trailer, hostess Dannii Minogue twirls into frame with a welcoming “Buongiorno boys!” to a group of primed and ready contestants in Vinted and Versace.
From The Guardian:
You could easily mistake it for some form of Eurovision content, featuring an all-male dance troupe, with Dannii performing for a minnow competitor like San Marino.
It is, however, a matchmaking show that riffs on the ingeniously awkward format of the likes of Love Is Blind and Married at First Sight.
It takes 10 men who have been pre-paired then has them meet for the first time – by kissing.
They’re not, however, obliged to stay in their pairs and, as eyes wander, frantic poolside confessions and multiple utterances of “it’s nothing personal, hun” will surely ensue.

It’s the first time the UK has dedicated a TV series to gay dating. I’m looking to see how we can watch in the US.
