MS NOW is reporting Donald Trump is considering firing his FBI director Kash Patel following extremely unflattering headlines about using bureau privileges like questionable use of taxpayer resources.
This comes as no surprise as Trump does not like bad press, especially when it arrives with nothing to show for it.
MS NOW EXCLUSIVE: “President Trump is considering removing Kash Patel as FBI director in the coming months, as he and his top aides have grown increasingly frustrated by the unflattering headlines Patel has recently generated.”

From MS NOW:
Patel has come under scrutiny for his stewardship of bureau resources, including his girlfriend’s security detail and use of a government jet, and for his squabbles with other Trump loyalists.
Trump and White House aides have confided to allies that the president is eyeing removing Patel and is considering top FBI official Andrew Bailey as the bureau’s new director, according to the three people.
Patel is described as being on thin ice and his ouster appears closer than ever, with Bailey as the logical replacement, two of the sources with knowledge of the situation said, though Trump could change his mind in the weeks to come.
The mention of Bailey as possible replacement raises some eye brows as you’d think Deputy Director Dan Bongino would be next in line.
But Attorney General Pam Bondi has reportedly grown increasingly irritated at both Patel and Bongino after premature social media posts boasting about case breakthroughs as in the shooting of Charlie Kirk.
And in October, Patel publicly disclosed an investigation into what he called a “potential” Halloween weekend terrorist plot near Detroit — before investigators had a chance to flesh out key details.
Sen. DURBIN: Kash Patel sparked mass confusion by incorrectly claiming Charlie Kirk’s assassin was in custody. He had to walk it back. He was so anxious to take credit, he violated one of the basics of effective law enforcement. Shut up and let the professionals do their job. pic.twitter.com/nOXDvP5Hbe
