Madonna Unveils ‘I Feel So Free’ From Upcoming CONFESSIONS: Part II

Pop queen Madonna is back on the dance floor as she unveils the ‘first taste’ of her upcoming album Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II, “I Feel So Free.”

From Billboard:

A propulsive, driving dance song that harks back to the beat of Lil Louis’ 1989 house classic “French Kiss,” “I Feel So Free” exists within the continued sonic realm of Confessions on a Dance Floor, evoking “Future Lovers” from that 2005 disco-pop masterpiece.

Confessions II reunites Madonna with that album’s producer, Stuart Price, who also served as the music producer on her massive 2023-2024 The Celebration Tour.

“People think that dance music is superficial, but they’ve got it all wrong,” Madonna shares in a press statement. “The dance floor is not just a place, it’s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language.”

Confessions II, out July 3, will be Madonna’s first album release since 2019’s Madame X.

“I Feel So Free” premiered on iHeartRadio’s Pride station on an hourly basis Friday before landing on streaming services after midnight, shortly after the original “Material Girl” appeared onstage with Sabrina Carpenter to perform “Vogue” and “Like a Prayer” at Coachella.

The pair then premiered their duet from the new collection titled, “Bring Your Love.” Here’s a fan video from the performance.
