The House (finally) passed an $60.8 billion aid bill to Ukraine on a vote of 311-112. All Democrats voted in favor of the measure. Republicans were nearly evenly divided, with 101 in favor, 112 against, and one present. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced an amendment to the Ukraine bill that, if adopted, would have reduced the dollar amount in the legislation to zero. It failed bigly, on a vote of 105-319. This is the first time the House has passed Ukraine aid since the Republicans took control of the chamber last year. The Washington Post reports that ahead of the vote, Democrats whipped out personal Ukrainian flags and were waving them on the House floor.
