• Times of Israel: Donald Trump is threatening to impose US tolls in the Strait of Hormuz if a final deal with Iran isn’t reached in 60 days. • The Daily Beast: While Trump was posting on his failing Truth Social platform his deal with Iran was collapsing as Iran announced it was closing the Strait of Hormuz in response to continued Israeli strikes in Lebanon.
• Realtor.com: A tiny house in New Jersey is making some big waves after hitting the market for the very large price of $499,000.
A tiny one-bedroom home in Bogota, NJ, is asking $499,000, and experts say the price is less about the property itself and more about its Bergen County address and 30-minute bus ride to midtown Manhattan.
