The first teaser for The Devil Wears Prada 2 dropped this morning, and its just about everything we could ask for.
In just 51 seconds, the fashion world is thrown into a frenzy as Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestly makes her grand return. From the downbeat we follow Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestly’s studded red Valentino heels as she strolls through several office settings.
The teaser ends with Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) stepping into the same elevator as Miranda, wearing sunglasses inside like she’s finally learned a few things about power dressing and self-preservation.
Also returning are Emily (Emily Blunt) and Nigel (Stanley Tucci) although we don’t see them in the teaser. Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman will also reprise their roles as from the first film.
While the story remains under wraps, the sequel’s cast has been announced to include Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, Pauline Chalamet, B.J. Novak, and Conrad Ricamora.
The Devil Wears Prada 2 struts exclusively into theaters on May 1, 2026.
