• The Advocate: A rural Virginia school board kept changing its rules to block an LGBTQ+ club from forming while every other student group was allowed. Students are now suing in federal court.

• Axios: Now that Todd Blanche’s nomination for Attorney General has been approved out of the Senate Judiciary Committee along party lines, Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) claims she will vote against him. Blanche can only afford two GOP defections assuming all Democrats vote against him.
