After the post went viral, Boselli went on to a shoot for Abercrombie & Fitch and cover spot on UK’s Attitude Magazine.

File this under “Infighting is fun” as former Sen. Rick Santorum goes after current front-runner in Iowa, Sen. Ted Cruz, for the Republican nomination in a new ad airing in the Hawkeye state.
From Politico:
“Ted Cruz is wonderful at reading children’s fairy tales on the Senate floor,” the spot titled, appropriately, “Fairy Tales” begins, showing Cruz reading Dr. Seuss’ “Green Eggs and Ham” during a filibuster on the Senate floor in 2013.
It then contrasts Cruz’s conduct in the Senate with that of Santorum, who served from 1995 to 2007.
“Rick Santorum spent his time in the Senate a little differently,” the narrator says. “Eight years on the Senate Armed Services Committee, helping to modernize today’s Army to better be prepared for today’s threats. Santorum also wrote and passed tough laws putting harsh sanctions on Iran.”
Cruz went ballistic when a political cartoonist included his children in a recent cartoon after Cruz utilized his kids in an ad that aired during an episode of SNL.
I wonder how Cruz will take to the use of his kids here?

Republican presidential contender Donald Trump called in to CNN’s New Day to toss some word salad regarding his renewed attacks on Bill Clinton saying the former president is “seedy” and “one of the great woman abusers of all time,”
Trump added that Hillary Clinton is somehow to blame for Bill’s past indiscretions calling her his “enabler.”
In Trump’s head, attacking Bill Clinton (who is not running for office) will somehow help him take out Hillary. In the past, such attacks have only served to shore up support for Hillary.

Donald Trump has released his first campaign ad, and it’s as brash as you’d expect.
Promises to “cut the head off of ISIS” and take their oil. along with building a great wall along our southern border “that Mexico will pay for.”
Regarding the spot, Trump said in a statement, “I am very proud of this ad, I don’t know if I need it, but I don’t want to take any chances because if I win we are going to Make America Great Again.”

After the Christmas Day performance of WICKED on Broadway, two of the show’s flying monkeys got engagned.
Daniel Robinson proposed to fellow flying monkey, Joshua Green on stage and in costume at the Gershwin Theatre.
With the cast posed for a holiday photo after the curtain went down, Robinson pulled Green in front of everyone to ask for his hand in marriage.
Very sweet moment. And did I mention they’re easy on the eyes?
ABC will see the season premiere of it’s “comedy extravaganza” Galavant tonight.

A protest in support of Oregon ranchers facing jail time for arson has escalated into an armed takeover of a federal wildlife building and an anti-government call-to-arms.

The protest and takeover is being led by Ammon Bundy, son of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who was involved in a previous standoff with the government over grazing rights, and two of his brothers. The brothers are calling on anti-government militia members from all over the country to join the seizure of the headquarters building of the remote Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, some 300 miles southeast of Portland.
“We’re planning on staying here for years, absolutely,” Ammon Bundy told TheOregonian on Saturday. “This is not a decision we’ve made at the last minute.”
The occupation came after an estimated 300 marchers — militia and local citizens — paraded through Burns to protest the prosecution of two Harney County ranchers, Dwight Hammond Jr., 73, and Steven Hammond, 46, who are to report to prison Monday, according to The Oregonian.
The pair said they lit the fires in 2001 and 2006 to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their property from wildfires. They were convicted of the arsons three years ago and served time — the father three months, the son one year.
But a judge ruled their terms were too short under federal law and ordered them back to prison for about four years each. Dwight Hammond has said he and his son plan to peacefully report to prison Monday, as the judge ordered.
Through their lawyer, the Hammonds have distanced themselves from the Bundys, according to CBS News. “Neither Ammon Bundy nor anyone within his group/organization speak for the Hammond Family,” lawyer W. Alan Schroeder wrote to Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward, according to the network.
My first thought when I read this was, “Can you imagine what would have happened if the “militia” was led by Muslim-Americans?
Or if they were black?
According to reports, the vast majority of the “militia” is from out of state. Even though they claim there are there for the local citizens, the locals have told the media they don’t want them there.
In response to the actions taken by the “militia,” local schools have been ordered closed for the week out of concern for children’s safety.
I get the feeling that a lot of these guys were the same ones who said about the uprising in Ferguson: “If they had just obeyed the orders of local law enforcement…”

There is no way anyone who really knows me could watch this just once. The talent and energy is beyond infectious.
By the way, did I point out these are high school musicians? Over 700,000 kids across the country in Venezuela are in music programs, and almost every village has a youth orchestra.
