• New York Times: “No Time at All” is a 65-minute sound installation at the New York City AIDS Memorial in the West Village (above). Culled from 53 VHS tapes, the piece is a continuous mix of music and songs performed by gay men’s choruses from 1985 to 1995.
• The Advocate: Rep. Eric Sorensen (D-IL), who’s openly gay, confronted Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth over the disrespect shown to Harvey Milk in light of reports that Milk’s name is to be removed from a Navy ship. Out singer/songwriter Trey Pearson dedicated his 2017 music video, “Love Is Love,” to LGBTQ safe spaces.

Minnesota State Rep. Melissa Hortman (D) and her husband, Mark, died after being assassinated in their home in the Minneapolis suburbs. Hortman was a former Minnesota Speaker of the House.
