Erivo jumped into action after a wild fan rushed Ariana Grande at the red carpet premiere of Wicked: For Good in Singapore. New York Times: The House of Representatives voted 222-209 to end federal government shutdown with six Democrats voting to support it, and two Republicans voting against it.

Daily Dance: Wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin and pro Witney Carson dance a lovely Foxtrot to “Footprints In The Sand” by Leona Lewis in honor of his father, Steve Irwin. It amazes me Robert had no prior dance experience. The icing on the cake is his sister, Bindi, at the end of the dance. UPDATE: Immediately after she was sworn in today, Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-Ariz.) became the 218th and final signature on a discharge petition for a bill to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein forcing action on the matter.

She joined all House Democrats and four Republicans: Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.), and Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.).
