Entertainment Weekly gave her 2016 holiday EP Merry Christmas (featuring the Stevie Wonder duet “Someday At Christmas”) an A rating. EW also raved about her “stunning vocal work on ‘Carol of the Bells,’ where Day channels Aretha’s range and power.”
