Donald Trump and his administration really, really love the idea of building tons of data centers across the U.S.
So, it probably won’t surprise you to find out a new report shows Trump owns millions in stock investments in companies that are involved in developing and operating data center facilities.
Trump owns between $2.9 million and $9.5 million in investments in 11 companies that are involved in developing, owning, operating or providing infrastructure for data center facilities.
Meanwhile, his admin has been promoting and aiding data centers.

From Citizens for Ethics:
President Trump owned between $2.9 million and $9.5 million in investments in companies that CREW identified as owning, operating or providing infrastructure for data centers at the end of 2025, according to CREW’s review of his 2026 public financial disclosure.
Those totals represent, at a minimum, a more than 600% increase in the value of Trump’s investments in the same category of companies at the end of 2024.
Despite overwhelming public opposition, Trump and his administration have taken action to promote and aid data centers, potentially padding his bottom line. Trump has also repeatedly used his social media platform, Truth Social, to promote the industry online.
CREW identified eleven companies Trump is invested in, reported in his most recent financial disclosure, that are involved in developing, owning, operating or providing infrastructure for data center facilities.
Trump’s brokers dramatically ramped up his investments in the data center industry, making 292 stock trades on these eleven companies since he returned to the White House.
