• JoeMyGod: Former reality TV personality/failed Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt went on an unhinged rant on social media: “I’m going to be lighting you up every single day, and now I don’t have to worry about offending CNN viewers…It’s war!”

• LoveBScott: Nebraska, Indiana, and Tennessee are among several states rebranding Pride month around religious conservative values. Anti-LGBTQ governors are leading the erasure of queer celebrations by replacing them with their own religious bias.
• New York Times: David Hockney, the pioneering gay artist best known for his portraits of male desire in mid-century settings, has died a the age of 88. The Brit became one of the most important artists of the 20th century.

• Them: Three years after suffering major backlash for sending beer to trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, Bud Light is sponsoring the White House UFC match. Note – a recent survey shows just 16% of those polled approve of the event.
• X: Governor Greg Abbott closed out his speech at the Texas GOP convention with a live elephant. It then peed on the floor as it left the room. The perfect metaphor for the Texas Republican Party.
