• The Atlantic: FBI Director Kash Patel (above) has threatened to sue The Atlantic over what he calls a ‘false’ bombshell report detailing claims of ‘excessive drinking’ and other concerning conduct.
According to the report, Patel is known to drink to the point of obvious intoxication at clubs in Washington and his home city of Las Vegas, violating FBI conduct standards. Much more at the link.

• Erin in the Morning: The Montana Supreme Court has ruled its state constitution does protect trans people – “Transgender discrimination is, by its very nature, sex discrimination.”
• Entertainment Weekly: Heated Rivalry: The Unauthorized Musical Parody is about to drop the puck Off-Broadway, and ahead of its run in NYC this May, here’s your official first look at the production’s “Ilya” Jay Armstrong Johnson & “Shane” Jimin Moon.
• Queerty: Longtime NY Knicks fan Nina Richards, who’s a trans woman, has been banned from Madison Square Garden after the venue’s private security force used their high tech surveillance to track her every move. Employees were told her presence made management “uncomfortable.”
• New Music: TRR favorite Jordy drops his latest earworm, but don’t let the title fool you. “Dumb” is good fun.
Jordy shares in a statement, “The song is a night out with your best friends, it’s meeting a hottie at the bar, it’s a dance party, it’s a drunk make-out, it’s a break from reality.” Mission accomplished.
