• The Guardian: The US Supreme Court will consider state bans on transgender athletes on Tuesday in a major LGBTQ+ rights legal battle that could unravel LGBTQ rights.
• LGBTQ Nation: Out Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN) is leading the effort to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem after an ICE agent shot and killed queer woman Renee Nicole Good in Minnesota while she was driving away from him.
The Minnesota Congresswoman has been outraged at the illegal actions of ICE and the lies Noem has spun in the aftermath of Good’s death.

• KSTP: Minnesota is suing the Trump administration to stop the “unprecedented surge” of more than 2,000 ICE agents that has resulted in the killing of a 37-year-old mother and countless claims of civil rights abuses.
• NOTUS: A federal judge ruled the Trump administration’s decision to withhold $8 billion in energy grant funding to recipients in blue states is unlawful. Red-state-based groups and companies using federal funding for similar projects did not see the same grant terminations.
