• Queerty: Check out the newly-released official trailer for “Heated Rivalry,” a gay ice hockey romance. Premieres November 28th on Crave in Canada, but no set air date in the U.S. yet.
The six-episode series follows the secret affair between the hunky star players from rival teams: Shane Hollander, the “serious-minded” captain of the Montreal Meteors, and Ilya Rozanov, the Russian-born hot shot and “playboy” of the Boston Raiders.
• Gay City News: New York City mpox cases increased again in September, surpassing the 2025 monthly high.
• OUT: Here’s a list of 39 celebrities have come out in 2025 (so far).

• Pink News: The former director of a Wyoming library has been awarded $700,000 after she was fired for refusing to remove LGBTQ+ books.
• JoeMyGod: Some of the 200 National Guard members sent from Texas to Illinois this past week have been replaced after they were found to not meet “certain standards.”
The move came amid criticism on social media over pictures that showed some of the Guard members appearing to be overweight following Defense Sec. Pete Hegseth’s recent speech about “fat” military members.
