The adult performer known as Austin Wolf, real name Justin Heath Smith, was sentenced to 19 years in prison today after pleading guilty to enticement of a minor to engage in a sex act, according to a press release from the Justice Department.
Smith also agreed not to contest additional allegations.
The charge required a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison with a maximum of life in prison. In addition to the prison term, Smith, 44, was sentenced to 10 years of supervised release and a $40,000 fine.

Smith was arrested and taken into custody in June 2024 on charges related to sending and receiving “hundreds of videos of child pornography.”
A search of Smith’s Manhattan apartment executed by the FBI found “approximately 1,291 files containing child pornography, including around 75 files showing infants or toddlers and some videos depicting the violent rape of young children.”
Prosecutors say he had been distributing those videos using apps like Telegram. Charges related to those files were eventually dropped as a part of Smith’s plea agreement.
According to the plea agreement and statements made in court, since at least 2023, Smith had repeatedly preyed on and tried to sexually exploit minor victims.
Smith admitted to meeting with a 15-year-old male in late 2023 or early 2024. During the encounter, another adult male performed oral sex on the minor while Smith masturbated.
He also had sex at least three times with an individual whom Smith believed was 15 years old, but who was in fact an adult. Smith recorded one such encounter, a threesome with the previously mentioned adult male.
The press release goes on to note that Smith attempted to make arrangements to meet with other minors as young as nine and 12 for sex.
This 15-page memorandum includes much more. The details only get more disgusting. I think he’s lucky to have only gotten 19 years in prison.
