• Washington Blade: A new study finds rural LGBTQ youth face greater hurdles than their urban peers.
• LGBTQ Nation: MAGA bigots are spewing Islamophobia after Zohran Mamdani appears to have won New York City’s Democratic mayoral primary. The 33-year-old State Assembly member from Queens did so with a campaign that was explicitly supportive of trans people.
• IndieWire: Despite the fact that iconic sitcom “Golden Girls” had a massive gay following, queer writers on the creative team still felt the need to stay in the closet.
• X: After referring to Donald Trump as “daddy” yesterday, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte was asked about his effusive praise for the Donald by a Sky News reporter.

• JoeMyGod: Trump declared that a CNN reporter should be fired “like a dog” after she reported an initial assessment by the Defense Intelligence Agency, an arm of the Pentagon, found that Iran’s uranium stockpile was not destroyed by Trump’s much-touted attacks on three nuclear enrichment sites over the weekend.
• Variety: “Boop! The Musical” has announced it will end its Broadway run on July 13 after leaving this year’s Tony Awards without any wins. It’s the fourth musical in just over two weeks to post a closing notice, joining “Smash,” “Real Women Have Curves” and “Dead Outlaw.”
