• The Advocate: Adult performer Austin Wolf is expected to plead guilty to at least one federal child pornography charge.
• OUT: One of the most anticipated gay films of the fall, The History of Sound, now has a release date of September 12. Paul Mescal (Gladiator II) and Josh O’Connor (Challengers) star as two young men meet and fall in love while attending the New England Conservatory as students during World War I.
• LGBTQ Nation: A federal judge slammed Trump’s anti-DEI orders as blatant anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination – “Have we fallen so low? Have we no shame?” the judge asked during a Monday hearing.
• The Advocate: A federal judge expanded a ruling today that blocked the Trump administration from enacting policy changes to sex markers on passports for many transgender and nonbinary Americans.
• Gothamist: Mayoral candidate and city Comptroller Brad Lander was arrested Tuesday by federal agents at an immigration courthouse in Lower Manhattan. “You have no authority to arrest U.S. citizens,” Lander can be heard in the video asking to see a warrant: “Where are you taking me and with what authority?”
