• CBS News: In the final days of his presidency, Joe Biden has quietly surpassed Donald Trump in the number of lifetime appointment federal judges he got passed in his first term with the approval of his 235th nominee. • LGBTQ Nation: The Boulder County Courthouse in Colorado has been designated a National Historic Landmark for being the site of the first issuing of a same-sex marriage license in the United States.
