• AP News: Sentencing in Donald Trump’s hush-money case has been delayed until at least September 18 while the judge considers the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity (even though his actions addressed in the case pre-date his time as president). • The Advocate: Donald Trump Jr. weirdly claimed that Hurricane Beryl, a Category 5 storm wreaking havoc in the Caribbean, has a “gender non-binary” name. Beryl is a name that has been given to females dating back to the 19th century. 
• New York Times: Marking yet a farther fall from grace, former NYC mayor/ former Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Guiliani has been disbarred from practicing law in New York state due to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. This in addition to owing $150 million to Georgia election workers and being criminally charged in two states. • Queerty: Ten years after HBO’s “Looking” (which I loved from the get-go), here are 20 facts about the gay drama series that starred Jonathan Groff, Murray Bartlett, and Frankie Alvarez as three friends living and loving in San Francisco.
