He’s been sentenced to 9 years in prison. • Queerty: A recent thread on the subreddit AskGayMen posed the question – “What is the most vanilla thing a lot of people ‘kink shame?'” https://twitter.com/Queerty/status/1781718220149240193 • The Advocate: A NYC transgender woman lost the lower portion of both her legs when she was hit by a subway train after her boyfriend threw her onto the tracks. A GoFundMe campaign to raise money for the victim has been launched. • Data For Progress: A recent survey of LGBTQ adults found that 51% had a favorable view of President Joe Biden, while only 22% had a favorable view of Donald Trump. • Pink News: New term – you might be “heteroromantic bisexual” if you’ve had sexual attraction for a variety of people and genders but can only imagine yourself in a romantic relationship with someone of the opposite sex. https://twitter.com/PinkNews/status/1781669650691928260 • Reuters: Iraqi lawmakers postponed voting on a bill that includes the death penalty or life in prison for same-sex relations amid widespread international condemnation.
