Kevin Bacon has a bone to pick with you, Hollywood. Male actors are rarely given the opportunity to be gratuitously naked, and it’s not fair.
But that’s all going to change now with the #FreeTheBacon movement.
It may be raining in Las Vegas right now (putting the crimp on my weekend pool time) but things are definitely sunny at the beach where rugger David Pocock rocked his Speedo.

Some news stories you may have missed:
• Sexy Brazilian couple Felippe & Marlon expose homophobia by exposing themselves via a nighttime nude photo shoot in Sao Paulo.
• Donald Trump joins the deniers on climate change: “It’s weather. You’re going to have bad weather. I don’t happen to believe it’s manmade.”
• The Republican Party scores it’s lowest approval rating in decades.
• The White House announces expansion to HIV strategy over the next five years that includes full access to pre-exposure prophylaxis services.
• The parents of a Texas gay man have filed a lawsuit against the Galveston police department after he was allegedly denied his anxiety medication, suffered seizures and eventually died while in custody.
• Right wing nut and U.S. Congressman Louie Gohmert of Texas thinks he can prove a point by dropping four gay couples on one island and four straight couples on another. Not sure what it would prove, but I know which island I’d pick.
California photographer Michael Stokes has two new large-scale, coffee table, art books in the works. One features wounded US veterans (Always Loyal) and the other explores male figure studies (Exhibition).
Stokes is widely acclaimed not only for his work capturing the male physique, but in celebrating our wounded soldiers.
His Kickstarter campaign has 12 days left but his results there are spectacular. With an original goal of $48,000, he’s raised a jaw-dropping $203K.
Donations to his campaign include copies of one or both books.

Totally not gay amateur bodybuilder Michael Hoffman got a case of the sadz over the July 4th weekend and decided he was sorry he had “screwed a lot of people over.”
So to make good he posted another of his “totally not gay” naked videos.
I just find this guy kind of fascinating (from a distance). I’ve previously posted about Hoffman and his interesting videos here.

Hey everyone, it’s Michael.
It’s been quite a while since I made a video. It’s currently July 2nd, 2015. Hope you guys enjoy this video, it’s gonna be a good 4th of July present for you guys.
Anyway, I just wanted to keep you guys updated on what’s been going on.
I’ve been doing okay. I feel bad for a lot of people. Uhm. I screwed a lot of people over, and, it was not right of me at all. I’ve been going through a really really rough time with my family, but that’s no excuse to fuck the people over that I did, and uhh, if I owe you a video, this is your video for free. So, other than that, uuuh, hope you guys enjoy this video. And I think you really gonna like it. So. uhhm, anyway, let’s get started.

Newly crowned French Open champion Stan Wawrinka talking to ESPN about his physical fitness.

Sorry for the language; there is a “clean” version out there which replaces “Motherf****r” with “A-ha,” but this lyric is clearly the writer’s intent so I honor that. Feel free to skip if it’s not your thing.
I’m a big fan of the band, and especially Adam Levine (and his bare nakedness that we see a glimpse of in the beginning of the clip).
