Donald Trump: ‘By The Way, MAGA Loves Black People’

Asked if he feels he might be inciting racial unrest by inviting his supporters to appear outside the White House tonight, Donald Trump told reporters today that ‘MAGA loves black people.’

“MAGA. Make America great again. These are people that love our country. I have no idea if they were going to be here, I was just asking. I have no idea if they were going to be there, MAGA is make America great again. By the way, they love African-American people, they love black people. MAGA loves black people. I heard that MAGA wanted to be there and a lot of MAGA was going to be there and I have no idea. They love our country.”

Seth Meyers Takes “A Closer Look” At Trump’s Approach To African-American Voters

Seth Meyers takes “A Closer Look” at Donald Trump’s recent outreach to African-American and Latino voters.

Meyers notes that even though Trump has a “well documented history of stoking racial resentment and attracting the support of white nationalists,” the thinking must have been he could “overcome all that by going to a church in Detroit and awkwardly swaying back-and-forth like a dad who brought his kids to a Demi Lovato concert.”

Donald Trump Draws A Half-House At Great Faith Ministries Church

Donald Trump loves to lambast news networks for not showing the size of his crowds at campaign rallies.

This is probably one view he wouldn’t want televised – from the back of the Great Faith Ministries church yesterday where he addressed a very small portion of the congregation.

Looks like the African-Americans in Detroit aren’t buying his “late to the game” appeal for votes.

Leaked Script: What The Trump Campaign Wants Black Voters To Hear

Republican presidential candidate has spent a lot of time talking about African-Americans and their lives in the U.S. during the last few weeks in hopes of courting their votes.

However, what he has not done is actually go into a black community or church and address those voters face to face.

Tomorrow, Trump will sit down with Bishop Wayne T. Jackson for a one on one interview that will air on Bishop Jackson’s cable TV network, Impact Network.

The New York Times is reporting today, however, that Trump’s side of the interview will be rehearsed. In fact, the campaign has already written his script for him.

Jackson apparently sent the list of planned questions to Trump days in advance of the sit down, and the NY Times has obtained a document containing Trump’s carefully crafted answers.

An eight-page draft script obtained by The New York Times shows 12 questions that Bishop Wayne T. Jackson, the pastor, intends to ask Mr. Trump in the taped question-and-answer session, as well as the responses Mr. Trump is being advised to give.

The proposed answers were devised by aides working for the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee, according to an official who has been involved in the planning but declined to be identified while speaking about confidential strategy.

Given the importance of Donald J. Trump’s visit to a black church, the Trump campaign went so far as to script Mr. Trump’s answers to the church’s pastor’s questions, which were submitted in advance. A draft of the script was obtained by The New York Times.

The document includes the exact wording of answers the aides are proposing for Mr. Trump to give to questions about police killings, racial tension and the perception among many black voters that he and the Republican Party are racist, among other topics.

According to reports, the scripted answers are light on policy, and written with the hope that Trump will be able to avoid the stumbles he’s encountered in the past when asked about his faith.

Jeb Bush: Democrats Win African-American Votes By Promising “Free Stuff”

At a campaign stop in South Carolina Thursday night, Jeb Bush seem to insinuate that Democrats win the African-American vote because they promise “free stuff.”

The comment was reminiscent of Mitt Romney’s 2012 statement, “your friends who like Obamacare, you remind them of this, if they want more stuff from government tell them to go vote for the other guy — more free stuff.”

From the Washington Post:

“Look around this room,” a man told Bush, who spoke to a mostly white crowd. “How many black faces do you see? How are you going to include them and get them to vote for you?” asked the man, who was white.

Bush pointed to his record on school choice and said that if Republicans could double their share of the black vote, they would win the swing states of Ohio and Virginia.

“Our message is one of hope and aspiration,” he said at the East Cooper Republican Women’s Club annual Shrimp Dinner. “It isn’t one of division and get in line and we’ll take care of you with free stuff. Our message is one that is uplifting — that says you can achieve earned success.”

What happens when a white supremacist finds out he’s part black ?

So what happens when a white supremacist finds out he is actually 14% black?

“Sweetheart – you have a little black in you!”

Via Raw Story:

A white supremacist who’s trying to set up a racist enclave in North Dakota received a shock during the taping of an upcoming daytime talk show.

Craig Cobb submitted to a DNA test as part of an ongoing Race In America series on the syndicated “Trisha Show,” and host Trisha Goddard delivered some surprising test results to the 62-year-old hate crimes fugitive from Canada in an episode that will air Nov. 18.

As her studio audience laughed with delight, Goddard, who is black, told Cobb that test results revealed his genetic ancestry was 86 European and 14 percent sub-Saharan African.

Apparently, Cobb says the producers faked the results.
