New COVID Subvariant XBB.1.5 Has Taken Hold In U.S.

Medical experts are concerned about the subvariant, named XBB.1.5, possibly spreading during the holiday travel season. I know most of us have moved on from the coronavirus pandemic, but it looks like COVID-19 is not quite done with us. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released data showing a new version of omicron has taken hold in the U.S. Medical experts are concerned about the subvariant, named XBB.1.5, possibly spreading during the holiday travel season. Former actor Kirk Cameron finally found a public library he could pay to rent a room in order to hold a reading of his new Christian children’s book on Thursday evening. While his publisher, Brave Books, is all over social media today boasting of “over 2,500” attendees, the Indianapolis Public Library is disputing those claims saying their head count was around 750.
