Missouri Official Threatens To Remove Biden From Ballot, Can’t Explain Why
Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft says he’ll kick President Joe Biden off the ballot in Missouri if Maine and Colorado remove Donald Trump from their ballots. The difference, of course, is two courts in Colorado (including its state supreme court) have found Trump engaged in insurrection. No court has found Biden has done the same. Ashcroft gets his ass handed to him here by CNN’s Boris Sanchez, who literally reads the Missouri state constitution to him.
