Out pop artist VINCINT dropped the video for his dance-ready banger “Romance” on Wednesday and it’s filled with unfiltered queer joy and a yearning for a love connection.
The music video, directed by Jake Wilson, is a glossy visual that features VINCINT locking eyes with one particular love interest on a dance floor of shirtless men. Amid high-style fashion and gorgeous lighting, we see VINCINT kissing his crush before realizing he just daydreaming.
Along the way, you might catch a glimpse of some famous friends of the artist including Olympian Gus Kenworthy, Big Mouth‘s Brandon Kyle Goodman, Queer as Folk‘s Johnny Silbilly, drag star Kerri Colby, and The Flight Attendant‘s Griffin Matthews.

“I wanted to create the world I see in my head when I go out: A club filled with beautiful men of color freely expressing themselves and not feeling excluded from the narrative,” VINCINT shared with Rolling Stone.
“Mixing that with my love for a good telenovela drama and a happy ending this video is the perfect beginning to this new era for me, and where I am in life right now.”
VINCINT has been making waves in the music industry with his unique sound and powerful performances. His debut EP, The Feeling, was released to critical acclaim and has garnered millions of streams on Spotify and other streaming platforms.
2021 saw VINCINT ascend to the forefront of modern queer pop with his internationally acclaimed debut album, There Will Be Tears, available now at all DSPs and streaming services.
Now boasting over 10M worldwide streams and counting, the album exploded onto the top 10 of iTunes’ “US Pop Albums” chart within 48 hours of its release earlier this year, fueled by more than 2M overall streams on its advance tracks.
“Romance” is now available on all major music platforms and you can follow VINCINT on Instagram here.
