Defense Sec. Pete Hegseth reportedly gave verbal orders to leave no survivors behind as Donald Trump’s administration launched the first of many deadly attacks on alleged drug-running boats in the Caribbean.

For the first time since 1988, the U.S. government will not observe World AIDS Day.

Recognized each year on December 1, it is a day when people mourn for those we’ve lost to the disease, express support for the ongoing efforts to end the epidemic, and raise awareness among the general public.

DOJ: Kristi Noem Made Decision To Deport Venezuelans Despite Judge’s Order

The Justice Department confirmed on Tuesday that it was Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem who made the decision to move forward with the deportation of 100 Venezuelan men to a infamous prison in El Salvador, despite a judge’s ruling to retain them in U.S. custody.

Noem may be held in contempt for disregarding the judge’s order. Although, in the end, it really won’t matter, will it?

EU Court: Poland Must Recognize Same-Sex Marriages + More

• BBC: Poland has been told by the European Union’s top court it must recognize same-sex marriages registered elsewhere in the EU. The high court made clear that Polish domestic law would not have to be changed to recognize marriages between people of the same sex.

• Gayety: The queens of Drag Race are trading workroom wigs for emergency whistles in Stop! That! Train!, a camp-filled action comedy starring RuPaul and directed by Adam Shankman. A federal judge has ordered the charges brought against New York Attorney General Letitia James and former FBI Director James Comey be dropped because the prosecutor who secured the indictments was unlawfully appointed.
