Nashville Rep. Justin Jones has been reinstated to his seat in the Tennessee House of Representatives by Metro Nashville’s Council via a unanimous vote.

The vote occurred just four days after he was expelled by Republican state leaders in the House for leading chants for gun reform with a bullhorn on the chamber floor. Mother Charged In Case Of 6-Year-Old VA Student Who Shot Teacher

The mother of a 6-year-old boy who shot his first grade teacher in Virginia in January has been charged criminally in connection to the incident.

Texas Judge Bans Abortion Pills Nationwide

Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, a Trump-appointee in Texas just halted the F.D.A.’s 23-year-old approval of the abortion pill mifepristone in every state, making their distribution illegal in a week. And then less than an hour later, Judge Thomas O.
