Just announced on MSNBC – the US Supreme Court has not listed any of the current gay marriage cases presented for appeal.
There may be news on Monday, but after high expectations that word would arrive today, there is no news. The justices are next schedule to meet in conference to consider new cases on Dec. 7.
This is kind of a head-scratcher in that everyone was expecting some kind of news regarding Prop 8 in California and the many DOMA appeals submitted for consideration by SCOTUS.
