The Florida Phoenix: The Human Rights Campaign’s annual report evaluating LGBTQ inclusivity found 7 cities in Florida — Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, Orlando, St Petersburg, Tampa, and Wilton Manors — received 100% scores. That’s surprising in light of the ongoing attacks on queer rights in the Sunshine State by Gov. DeSantis and his crew.

‘New’ Trump Plan For Ukraine – Give Up More Territory To Russia

The “new” Trump plan to end the violent invasion of Ukraine by Russia would grant Russia parts of eastern Ukraine it does not currently control.

Former FBI Staffer Sues Over Firing For Pride Flag

A 16-year FBI employee has filed a lawsuit alleging he was fired last month because he had a Pride flag draped near his desk.

David Maltinsky, who was weeks away from being elevated to the position of agent, claims he was fired unconstitutionally and retroactively, punishing him for displaying a Pride flag at his Los Angeles workstation years earlier, a flag the FBI itself once flew and later gave him to keep. Donald Trump recently promised he would be sending low and middle income Americans $2,000 “tariff dividend” checks financed by the Trump tariffs sometime in mid-2026.
