Supreme Court Rejects Trump’s Attempt To End Birthright Citizenship
In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court struck down Donald Trump’s executive order that would have undercut the concept of birthright citizenship – that any person born on American soil is automatically a citizen.

Supreme Court Allows Trump’s $5 Million Sex Abuse Verdict To Stand
Donald Trump will have to pay the $5 million in damages that he owes writer E. Jean Carroll after the Supreme Court declined to hear his appeal of the verdict.

Supreme Court Rules Against RNC On Mail-In Ballots
In a 5-4 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has affirmed a Mississippi law permitting election officials to count mail-in ballots that are postmarked on Election Day, even if they arrive up to five days later.
