NBC News: Michael Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch, has been found mentally competent to stand trial. Prosecutors say that Jeffries leveraged his wealth and power as Abercrombie’s CEO to coerce dozens of men into having sex with him and Smith.

The judge noted a recorded phone call during Jeffries’ 4-month stint in a medical facility where he told his partner that he was concerned that if he were found guilty, “they’ll take all our money away.”
