• LGBTQ Nation: A West Virginia food bank’s shelves are bare after Pastor Alvin Christian refused supplies from organizations that are allegedly “part of the gay rights movement” because they support LGBTQ people.
• NBC News: Maine’s Democratic Senate nominee Troy Jackson drops his first general election ad, highlighting his own background as a labor organizer and going after Republican Sen. Susan Collins. It’s a good spot.
• States Newsroom: Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach is demanding 3 cities repeal their bans on the harmful practice of ‘conversion therapy’ for minors following a U.S. Supreme Court decision that found such bans violate the First Amendment.
• X: Interior Secretary Doug Burgum is now publicly feuding with Trump’s own Justice Department to keep alive the lie that an innocent former Olympian vandalized the Reflecting Pool when recent docs provided by the Interior Dept. show the extensive problems were due to faulty installation by Trump’s handpicked contractor.
