• Fox News: Republican Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana confirmed today that there was a plan to fund TSA as a separate stand-alone bill, then fund ICE through another bill via reconciliation which wouldn’t require 60 votes. And Trump said ‘no.’ He owns the airport delays now.

• NPR: In a 54-45 vote, the Senate confirmed Sen. Markwayne Mullin today to serve as the next secretary of Homeland Security, putting the Oklahoma Republican in charge of immigration enforcement.
• Queerty: Today is World Bear Day, observed annually on March 23 as a global initiative by World Animal Protection to raise awareness for the conservation of all eight bear species. But furry gay men with big cuddly bellies have claimed it for their own 🙂
