• Queerty: Queer Eye, the Netflix makeover series, won its 7th Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Structured Reality Program last night.
• NPR: During the first Trump administration, Air Force Master Sgt. Logan Ireland needed a doctor’s note diagnosing him with gender dysphoria to continue serving his country. Now, that same doctor’s note is the reason why he’s being kicked out of service.
During President Trump’s first term, transgender troops were told they needed to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria to keep their jobs. Now, the military is using that to put them on administrative leave.

• Erin In The Morning: Provisions in the newly released Health and Human Services appropriations bill would bar federal funding for any “social, psychological, behavioral, or medical intervention” to treat gender dysphoria at any age. This would devastate trans healthcare nationwide.
• Pink News: Conan Gray delivered one of the standout performances at last night’s MTV Video Music Awards, thanks to his queer Romeo & Juliet-inspired performance of his song “Vodka Cranberry.”
• AP News: A 3-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unanimously upheld a $83.3 million jury award against Donald Trump for defaming the writer E. Jean Carroll in 2019.
• X: Trump downplayed domestic abuse as a crime today because it ruins his pronouncement that there’s “zero crime” in DC now. And yet, the DOJ has tried to hang “domestic abuse” on Kilmar Abrego Garcia to justify his wrongful deportation. Note – Garcia was never charged with domestic abuse.
BREAKING: In a shocking moment, Trump dismisses domestic abuse as being a crime, whining that it ruins his numbers, “If a man has a little fight with the wife they say, ‘this is a crime.'”
