The event gives seniors a “redo of a dance many dreaded decades ago.”

• NBC News: LGBTQ older adults are twice as likely as their heterosexual counterparts to grow old single and living alone, according to SAGE, an advocacy organization for LGBTQ elders. • X: In an epic fail, far-right Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) tried to celebrate folks who signed the Declaration of Independence. But six of the eight people she listed weren’t signers of the Declaration. 
• Politico: Four more Democrats have come out out publicly asking President Biden to step aside following his disappointing debate performance a week ago. • ABC7NY: On Sunday, July 7, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) processed 3,013,413 travelers at U.S. airports setting a new record. The previous record was set just weeks before on June 23.
