2024 Dorian Theater Awards Honor Best In Broadway/Off-Broadway Theater

GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics has announced the group’s second annual Dorian Theater Awards, honoring the best of 2023-24’s Broadway and Off-Broadway productions, mainstream to LGBTQ+. Top honors went to Merrily We Roll Along, Stereophonic, Illinoise, and Oh, Mary! Merrily We Roll Along (probably my favorite Broadway production in I don’t know how many years) was honored in four categories: • Outstanding Broadway Musical Revival • Jonathan Groff for Best Lead Performance in a Musical • Daniel Radcliffe for Best Featured Performance in a Musical • GALECA’s trademark Broadway Showstopper Award  went to Radcliffe as well for his dynamic performance of “Franklin Sheppard, Inc.” Check out the full list of 2024 Dorian Theater Award honorees below.
