‘All Of Us Strangers’ Gets Streaming Release Date

The acclaimed gay-centric film All of Us Strangers will be available for streaming on Hulu starting on February 22. The film will also be available to purchase or rent from all major digital retailers, including Prime Video, Apple TV, and Vudu/Fandango. The official synopsis reads:

“One night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, Adam has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbor, Harry, which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life.”

“As a relationship develops between them, Adam is preoccupied with memories of the past and finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up and the childhood home where his parents appear to be living, just as they were on the day they died, 30 years before.”

A compelling exploration of love, family, and grief, this unique film from English director Andrew Haigh is ‘Certified Fresh’ on Rotten Tomatoes with a 96% rating. All of Us Strangers has been lauded as “a beautiful, disorientating dream” (Jake Kring-Schreifels, The Film Stage) that “you won’t be able to stop thinking about” (Gregory Ellwood, The Playlist). https://youtu.be/ukYlZuKn-mc?si=V-7hrEY65k-E8Ydy Unanimously lauded by critics (both the LA Times and USA Today named it Best Film of the Year) and nominated for 6 BAFTA Film Awards, I highly recommend the film. As I mentioned in my 2023 “Best Of” podcast round-up, I found the film to be one of the very best released last year. Director Andrew Haigh is a master of queer storytelling, and Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal are mesmerizing as the film’s central couple.
