Mike Johnson’s Wife Runs Counseling Service That Equates Being Gay To Bestiality

Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) suddenly gained a lot of attention in the past week after his elevation to Speaker of the House. And so has his wife, Kelly Johnson. While the new Speaker has been known as a social ultra-conservative with anti-LGBTQ views, it turns out his wife is right there with him in the homophobic department. https://twitter.com/jbendery/status/1718240451721830408 Due to their shared ultra-conservative Christian beliefs, folks recently took a closer look at the counseling service Kelly Johnson runs called Onward Christian Counseling – especially the business’s operating agreement posted on her website. The document equates homosexuality, bisexuality, and transgender identity with bestiality and incest:

“We believe and the Bible teaches that any form of sexual immorality, such as adultery, fornication, homosexuality, bisexual conduct, bestiality, incest, pornography or any attempt to change one’s sex, or disagreement with one’s biological sex, is sinful and offensive to God.”
