This Monday, on Running Wild with Bear Grylls, Grylls and Zac Efron are faced with the task of rappelling down a cliffside in the Catskills.
For technical reasons I’m sure, the hunky duo approach the task shirtless and strapped to one another.

Seth Rogen and Zac Efron showed up in drag for an appearance with Jimmy Fallon’s “Sara” on Ew! last night.
The skit is so-so, but you have to give props to Zac going for full-on “valley girl.” And Seth does make me laugh with his beard and bear-ish self in drag.

Matt LeBlanc recently appeared on the Graham Norton show with Zac Efron and Seth Rogen, and bestowed some wisdom on them from the Joey Tribbiani school of acting.
I’m a fan of all three actors, so this was a must-see for me.
Make sure you hang until the end when Zac Efron tosses out his own personal acting tip. Funny.
What a surprise! Last night, Zac Efron won the MTV Award for “Best Shirtless Performance.” Well-deserved, I must say.

Last night on Conan, Seth Rogen talks on the miracle that is Zac Efron’s body.
Seth mentions that men and women alike make sounds when they see Efron’s body that Rogen has never heard before.

Zac Efron and Miles Teller of the current movie That Awkward Moment dropped by Conan this week, and shared what “little” they know about Viagra, the little blue pill that inspired the now famous full-body nude scene.
Efron tells Conan that “a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend” once took “a half of a half of a half” of Viagra and it “turned him into like a horse, and then everyone just gets tired.”
Conan wasn’t buying the “friend of a friend of a friend” bit…
