Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is resigning from Congress amid the growing backlash regarding allegations of sexual assault and misconduct, which came to light last week.

Numerous members of Congress on both sides of the aisle are calling for Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) to resign after text messages show he made explicit sexual requests to his late congressional staffer, Regina Santos-Aviles.
