Some news items for you as we head into the weekend:
• New York Times: A judge has dismissed the case against actor/director Timothy Busfield (above), who was indicted on charges of child sex abuse on a TV set where he was directing. The Thirtysomething/West Wing star had vehemently denied the accusations.
His lawyers released audio recordings in which both of the boys told authorities that Busfield had not touched them inappropriately.
