In this video short spinoff, Joe Knows Best 101 (from the Bravo series Work Out New York), one the show’s cast members – Joseph Lazo – plays “himself” as a personal trainer who’s clientele list is shorter than he’d like.
When a gym member gets trapped in the sauna, it’s Joe to the rescue. But for the other gym goers who only get the audible of the heroics, it sounds like a whole other kind of “push and pull.”
It all works out in the end though.
