John Lewis Department Store’s 2015 Holiday Ad

UK department store John Lewis has just released their always anticipated holiday ad.

This year’s edition, “Man On The Moon,” depicts a little girl who discovers via her telescope a lonely old man living alone on the moon.

Pat Robertson: It’s “Outrageous” That Gays Want To Bring Boyfriends To Holiday Dinners

Responding to a viewer’s question about their gay grandson asking to bring his “friend” home for Thanksgiving dinner, the 700 Club‘s Pat Robertson called the request “outrageous,” and likened the scenario to asking to bring a stripper home for the holiday feast.

Who knew Pat hates strippers?

12 Days Of Christmas Music: Vanessa Williams “Do You Hear What I Hear?”

The luminous Vanessa Williams sings “Do You Hear What I Hear?” from the 2000 TV special Christmas Concert in Vienna.  I just love this.

The special also starred  Placido Domingo, Tony Bennett and Charlotte Church.

Vanessa’s holiday CDs get played continuously in my house during the holidays. “Vantastic” vocals from a true talent, and the arrangements are perfection.  You can find them on iTunes here.
